Our Term 3 students who undertook their Certificate I in Hospitality Kitchen Operations had to undergo a huge amount of pressure during exam time.
For their unit 'Prepare and Make Sandwiches' to be completed our students needed to test their knowledge and practical skills.
Our Academy invited a guest chef along to the Communicare Academy to quiz our students and observe their practical skills.
Each student had to make six different types of sandwiches and as they were working our guest chef pelted them with questions!
We are very proud to say that our students passed with flying colours. The standard of the students’ work was high and their knowledge was also impressive.
With exams out of the way for this term we are looking ahead to next term, when our guest chef has agreed to come and work with our students to teach a masterclass. We
