Following on from an enjoyable Italian cuisine experience in Term Two, cooking students have engaged in the delights of Indian cooking in Term Three.

Students have cooked a variety of Indian starters, mains and desserts, using whole spices and masalas and have learnt about a range of exotic tastes and smells.

Some of the favourites included tandoori chicken, lamb rogan josh and samosas.
